The AL-PTAC provides free and confidential business counseling to Alabama companies interested in selling to the U.S. Government.

All clients are required to complete a one-time registration form.  Counseling sessions are free of charge, and all information provided to an AL-PTAC counselor is confidential.  This form is needed before the counseling session begins.

Please complete the form and fax it back to 205-348-6974.  Alternately, you can scan and email your signed form.  We will route your request to the PTAC counselor that serves your area.
